Legal Fees
The Egyptian lawyer calculates the amount of legal fees like any lawyer. The amount of the fee results either from the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG) or from a remuneration agreement. Compensation agreements are always possible instead of billing the statutory fees.
It should be noted that with new clients, part of the fee is agreed as an advance payment before the file is processed.
